Default Took our 1st road trip

This weekend the wife and I took our 1st roadtrip on the spyder. Did 404 miles round trip. Started out on the interstate. Didn't like that that much. Did get it up to 84mph once though. We came home the scenic route with lots of curves and mountains.

The spyder performed flawlessly and I got some real in the seat time.

Congrats on what sounds like a really nice ride. I think you were very smart to plan a trip that was fun and got you both some good seat time but didn't really wear you out. My Spyder RT is the first bike I've owned that I kind of enjoy riding on the interstates but I still much prefer the secondary roads where the scenery is closer and maybe there are a few more corners and interesting elevation changes, etc.
