    Default Custom Dynamics...

Is it worth the 80 dollars extra to buy the juice box from them? They have it at $340. Ebay has it at $260.

I don't mind spending extra if they are a strong customer support company. I do not believe in "cheaping" everything out.

I have had excellent service from them as well! They ship fast, and one time I was looking at an item that they had vs another company and the price was the same , but Custom Dynamics shipping costs were a lot less!

Take a look on amazon.com, they are even cheaper there. but, I sure would consider getting a Power Commander instead!

I have a bazillion custom dynamics/NMN products...love all of them...however, the juicebox is not their product...they are selling it as others can as well. You are probably fine getting it from any reputable source, esp. for that much of a savings...perhaps if you contact CD, they will price match...

As far as getting the JB, commander, etc...they will all help your bike...the commander and newer JB will give you more options...I didn't update to a newer version as I like what I have...for that matter, I don't get the newest computer or ipad as soon as a newer one comes out...money is best spent in other places, IMHO...

Whatever you go with, you're sure to like it!

Thanks for the info guys. My bike runs pretty good. No backfiring or popping, and the HMF sounds gooooooood. Just every now and then a little lag in the take off. If I can just get that out, I'll be happy. I don't think I need any custom maps, just something to add a little fuel right there, cause I bet she's going lean in that spot and needs gas.

The JB will do that for you....5 settings to fiddle with. I've had some major issues after my last tune-up and plug changes...they screwed around with the belt tension too. I had reduced the JB settings a lot and the bike was running like crud. I went ahead today and turned things back up somewhat and the bike is smoother, with still a slightly noticeable idle surge, but about 1/3 as much as it was before. I never thought changes could be that considerable, but tweaking the fuel really does make a difference. To really get an effect from a JB, you need a pipe like a hindle (or other pretty much open pipe) along with a better oxygen system. I didn't go nuts with mine...I got the green filter from NMN/CD...the green filter has been shown to allow more air in as compared to K&N...something like a hairdryer and ping pong ball test...whatever...it's a great filter and you should get one...along with the hindle and JB, my bike runs considerably faster than stock...
