 The Q is on the pit!!!!!
Spyderpops, and Mr. Orangne have made it here!!!!!!
The Q is lookin' Good... got the briskets on around 2100hrs....(that's 9pm)
Lookin' GOOD!!!!!
They should be 'Just Right' tomorrow afternoon!!!!!!
WooHOOO!!! Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Whoa... it's 0130 hrs... gotta go check the temps on the pit and add some wood.....

Temp is 235*f..Just right!!!!. added a couple logs to the fire...will catch a nap , and check it in a couple hours!!!!!

It's a little afer 2 am.. the pit is lookin' Good!!!!! the cook is well marinated!!!!!
Gonna take a break.... WoooHoooo!!!!
