Cost of 3 year extended warranty

I have been quoted $1098 for an extra 3 years coverage on 2012 RT-LE, that seems a little high?

Anyone have any feed back on is this is average or good value?

I emailed the link to the dealer and they matched the price, , I got the BEST for 3 years.
