Yup. I have the same thing with a different name. Identical unit. It sort of works at low speeds. Have to pair it everytime and it is very noisy. I got tired of not hearing when over 50 mph and ordered a Scala Cardo Rider G4. They work great, but cost more. I got it from Amazon for $300.00. Well worth the difference.

I've been using shark brand headsets fo a couple of years without any problems. Most bluetooth connections are unstable however in some cases it is the phone or whatever you are connected to. I use mine for intercom when the wife is with me and solo music from my phone and cell phone connection, intercom is a little noisey however music and phone calls sound great. For the price they are hard to beat.
