    Cool hard/soft option on consol

What is this for and when do I use the hard/soft option on the consol of my RT-S? No manual came with my Spyder.
    Thanks!

On the RTS or LTD that indirectly controls the rear suspension stiffness, automatically. It actually sets the target ride height, and the ACS system adjusts from there. The Spyder has to be running and in gear for it to function.

You will see the bar graph on the display for the setting. If you change the setting you should hear the compressor and feel the changes to the height of the rear of the spyder. I usually leave mine in the center of the bar graph unless I have a passenger or I am on a mountain twisty road.

Also, if you go to the BRP website I believe that you can download the owners' manual. Good luck.

BE SURE to get that MANUAL. You'll need it for a lot more than just the rear suspension adjustments. The RT S is a complex machine, and the owner really needs to know how to operate it properly and safely, and how to take care of it. It's a real joy to ride, but it needs to be properly taken care of, and the Owner's Manual is the guide.
