Default If I had a lot of money...

    I'll buy a used RS (I have a RT)...
Ask a friend who beat alloy in form (or fiberglass), and build a body to make it look like this:

Yep, the Messerschmidts are neat. They are rare in this country.

    Thumbs up Messerschmidts

When I was stationed in Germany in the early 60s there were a lot of those around. They even had clubs and you could see strings of them buzzing around the country usually on weekends. Of course, GIs were forbidden to own them, too dangerous!

I thought that would be an easy assumption that could be made about all of us!

    Default Mess & Isetta

A friend of mine had the Mess and I had a 1952 BMW Isetta... we used to give the kids rides through the softball field at our swim club! (In the late 60's)
    Regards-

    Frank.
