Insrument screen is Blank
Any ideas about getting my computer screen to work. One day I started it and no screen yet it blinks once in a while.

First: check your power connections...

unscrew the four screws that hold in the instrument panel, and check to see that the connector at the rear of the display is plugged in tight and latched. If that doesn't cure it, see your dealer...probably a bad instrument

There has been a few reported. Some need replacing and some are fixed with software. Either way it's a dealer issue.

Blank cluster
I just picked up our 2012 RT after replacing the cluster forthe same problem. I believe it is actually the backlighting inside the clusterbecause you could faintly read it in the sun or with a flashlight. It was timefor the 600 mile service so I returned it to the dealer and they replaced it.Now it is just like new again including the mileage!

Interesting, when my cluster was replaced, the milage was back at zero...Wonder how they got the milage to be correct on the new one

Sorry, that was sarcasm when I said it was just like new. Iwas referring to starting over again with zero miles.
