Not Good
It's a sad, sad day for those in northern Ohio (and other places) who suffer from chionophobia.

I'm lookin' at about 4 in. of the white stuff and it's still coming down. I'm Southeast of Lake Erie so we are in the "Snow Belt".

Bootie,
This has been about the strangest Winter that anybody around here can remember... The storms (The few that actually do show up to party...) just keep running North or South of us.
We've had motorcycling weather EVERY month so far this Winter... The Touring crowd doesn't mind the temps in the low thirties, and it keeps getting into the forties often enough to keep everybody staying ready and primed for grip-twisting on a moment's notice!

The temps actually got up into the 60s a couple of weeks ago and I managed to get out on my Spyder. I am recovering from a Total Knee Replacement and I wanted to see if I could get my leg over the seat. All went well and I am now waiting for Spring.

I agree Bob. We had a dusting last night and now the grass is back already. I rode all day yesterday at a sweet 45 degrees !!! Almost the middle of Febuary. I might need another oil change before you even get your Spyder back in April.

12" ??? Holey Cow! Where abouts in Michigan? I am just north of Lansing, and we got 2-3" last night with lots of blowing, but nothing going on today!
Just remember: "It will feel better when it stops hurting!"

Congrats on the titanium hinge! I remember those days well...going out to the garage every few days to see if I could throw a leg over the Spyder, and then the BMW...then testing daily to see how long I could sit there with my leg bent that far. Good incentive to do the PT, that's for sure!

Ouch! We only got 3", but it was six degrees when I went out to shovel it this morning.

We are experiencing 40 degrees above zero today. A freezing rain episode a day ago put another nice coating of ice on my road--so I won't be riding quite yet. Last year--March 3rd--coming up soon.

I know where your coming from, I haven't use my snowmobile in 3 years.
Also this is the first year ''ever'' that the ice wasn't thick enough to put a tip up in let alone ride on with my ATVs or Side by, on my lake.
