Default Proper Position for RT Jack

I have seen a lot of posts regarding jacking the RT up. I have the Sears yellow motorcycle jack and others seem to have it also. I am new to the Spyder and want to make sure I have the correct positioning when jacking up. I have the SpyderPops catalytic plastic heat shields and they are no problem as the jack fits between them. When I did look under the Spyder I noticed a few pieces of plastic on the frame where the jack would hit and this concerned me. I did not raise it until hopefully someone can post a photo of the exact place you put the jack under the Spyder.

Thanks, sorry for a possibly dumb question.

I have the same jack as you and it works great but you have to remove the Spyderpops cat shields. At least I did on the right side. Maybe I need to put it back on and seeif the jack will fit between them as you say.
