my apologies
I have had a medical situation with the shipping guy in my shop for the past week or so and it caused some problems with getting orders out as fast as I normally do. I am happy to say it has been taken care of and all orders have been shipped. I have notified everyone affected and tried to keep them up on the situation. I do apologize for any inconvenience. This is not the way Seal FloorBoards does business.

Information such as you have posted, and contacting customers, is surely the way to go. No one is going to get mad as long as they know what is going on with their order.
