The Morgan three-wheelers were made for almost 40 years, ending in 1952. They had a variety of engines, none of which was a Guzzi, to the best of my knowledge. The J.A.P. engine is the best known. This is an apparent replica, although I couldn't find the make and I could not read the logo on the hood. Today, The ACE is the best known replica, having recently been licensed by Morgan to be sold under their own logo once again.

Thanks for the details. Very interesting version of the replica.
Trivia:
Q: Do you know the biggest difference between the original Morgans and the replicas?
A: The Morgans had wooden frames, most of the replicas are steel.

From what I've seen, the Ace / Mogs have wooden frames, they build 'em in Seattle. I WANT one!

Me, too! It is by far the most faithful reproduction. I remember those old wood frames well. My high school German teacher had a Morgan 2+2, and I used to repair it and tune it up for her. They are like all British sports cars, except maybe a little more so...you are either cussing or smiling every time you are near them...there is no in-between.

Are they still actually building Aces? I haven't seen any information about them in quite a while...

Google it, Bob, the base line Ace has a 96 inch Harley engine, the Morgan version has a 120 inch S&S X-wedge. Both use a Miata transmission.
