Mirror Extention Question

Am fixing to order some mirror extentions and found 2 vendors: ESCI "up and outs" and KewlMetal extentions. I have a BRP Ultra Touring Windshield and just read that the ESCI's are Not compatable with that windshield. Does anyone know if KewlMetal's will work with that type of windshield? .

I had kewlmetal's first and switched to ESI's...I'd venture that neither would work as the up and outs are a little more 'out' than the KMs...oh, they both vibrate but ESI's vibrate a little less...wish someone could come up with a fix for this but I think unless someone puts a bar from the distal mirror to the frame somehow, the vibration will continue...long lever arm isn't very stable...argh!

You should have seen sewnonnie's when here. We used KMs as she has the UltraTouring shield on her GS.

Hey Kieth, I do remember seeing her's but I couldn't remember what kind she had. I figured it was KM's after reading that the up and outs wouldn't work. I was hoping you would see this post and answer.. so now I can order me a set and quit looking at my hands. BTW.. I'm hoping to make it to the meeting at Freedom, so "hopefully" count me in.....
