looks like is got a 4 banger front wheel drive, drive train. So wounder if he took the running gear off a car and fabed up a frame and then some body pannels? Kinda neat,. Wounder how it rides?
Looks like the "Coot Scoot" that somebody was selling here in Mo but ours was a convertable,two seater with small trunk in rear. had handle bars and throttle like a bike. Was a really cute little thing and would do 60mph wasn't bad for $6000. Haven's seen one since!!
