    Default Flight over the Grand Canyon & N. Arizona Pic's

    Went flying today up in the northern part of AZ and over the Grand Canyon.
    2007 M109R LE - To many MODS to list. Its cheaper that way!!!

    There were many times I wished I had flown over the Grand Canyon the day I hiked Bright Angel Trail down to the Colorado River and back; didn't think I'd make it. Great pics!

    Great pics, I always wondered how they got across this with a wagon train.

    Awesome pics. We where at the south rim late October and had snow showers then. I always though Arizona and hot, never associated it with snow.

    Your office window doesn’t get any better than that. As far as I’m concerned, whirlybirds are the best way to see the canyon.

    Nope, flying is the upside of the job. But.....our travel agency tends to book tickets and send us to not so nice places and living conditions wether we like the places or not. And we can't get frequent flyer miles for the 28 hr flights over to the sand box, just a pillow, blanket and a soda.

    We do get to neat places in the helicopter.
