I had the honor to be with the Patriot Guard and about 100 riders today who provided an escort for the Moving Wall, or The Wall that Heals. I rode with eight other riders this morning from Goldsboro to Fayetteville where we joined with many more and the Wall. From there we provided front and rear escort back to Sheltons HD in Goldsboro. After a short stop and adding many more riders, we moved on to Kinston NC where the wall will be on display for the next four days. As we travelled down Queen Street in Kinston, traffic stopped and people were out along the street waving flags, clapping and giving thumbs up. The local Viet Nam Vets provided food and drink for us. As a VV vet, this was a great honor for me.
