What the he'll is wrong with you people? The man obviously has a passion for the Spyder as we all do and he wants to do is share his passion at his own cost and no profit. I wish him all the luck. If he gets 10% of the viewers that this site gets in one day I'm sure he'll be happy. I pretty sure I'll watch it at least once but if it's boring I won't go back. He is bearing all the risks, not Lamont. The name Spyder is not original. How many websites have been created for the Can Am Spyder and most people go to only one: this one or Marc's. Most owners do not even know about the websites, let alone a tv. Is your loyalty and passion for a machine or a man?

I like the idea of a streaming show, but not under these circumstances.
I would be leery of making any 'deal' with him. The problem arises in that people will associate 'spyderlovers TV' with this website and vice-verse. Lamont has no idea if this guy knows one end of the Spyder from another --- and using the name 'Spyderlovers TV' will make people think there is an association.
Not cool at all and opens up a real can of worms.
If a site sponsor treats people bad, etc.... they can simply get booted as a site sponsor --- hard to do so with this TV thing.
Hopefully he will change his mind and not use the Spyderlovers name.
Since he is broadcasting a show about Can-Am Spyders on the Internet and calling it 'SpyderLovers TV' - and this site is also on the Internet and called Spyderlovers.... and was registered some time ago --- I believe legally Lamont has a hand up on the guy should he want to go down that path.
Spyder #1 - 2008 GS SM5 Premier Edition #1977. RIP after 80,000 miles.
Spyder #2 - 2012 RT SM5. Traded in after 24,000 miles.
Spyder #3 - 2015 F3 SM6. Put 13,000 miles on and sold it.
Spyder #4 - 2017 F3 SM6. Too good of a deal to pass up!

Just my 2 cents- if he won't cease, at least try to require him to put "NOT AFFILIATED WITH SPYDERLOVERS.COM" all over his site.
Think about it..........

He needs a separate name that is his to either build upon or ruin on his own...
