I wouldn't be surprised if the "Platinum" designation came from the dealer's experience/sales of all BRP products. For example, a dealer may have been extremely successful with the company's watercraft for many years before Spyders and attained the "Platinum" based on the watercraft alone.

NO, they have to be platinum for all BRP models they sell...I spoke with my dealer about this and raised the same question...they were taken aback by this...their skills and customer service have to be top notch for all BRP customers...

Glad that they came in for you, but ONE tire in stock? Don't they know that Spyders have TWO front tires? Not a rocket scientist here, but if I were keeping front tire inventory, I would order three so I could give two to you and then have TWO in sock in case someone wants to replace thier tires.

Sure, why not one tire in stock. You can ruin one tire and only have to replace it.---Not both. Do automotive tire dealers only sell sets of 4, or 2 for that matter.

Realizing of ourse that they're not in business for their health, but being mindful of customer needs has to be a major concern..
