Default *Help* Juicebox install causes code P0135 *Help*

Hello everyone. I could use some help.

Today I installed the Kewl metal air kit and the original juice box on my spyder. I fired it up and got code 0P0135. I realize that could be the o2 sensor throwing fits. If I unhook the juicebox o2 sensor connections at the back of the bike and hook up the stock connections the code goes away. The juicebox is not recognizing any problems via the flashing light. (slow green no matter whether the o2 sensor is hooked up or not)

    Is the juicebox the problem?

Is it safe to run it with the juice box connected to injectors and grounded but the o2 sensor unhooked and the stock o2 plugged together?

I am not good with automotive computers and my local dealer is not helpful. What should my next step be?

Any help that you great folks could provide would be beneficial! Thanks!

P0135 is a code for the O2 sensor shorted to battery +, open, or shorted to ground. There is either something wired wrong, or your Juicebox is bad, IMO.

I have checked and rechecked the wiring and it is hooked up correctly. There is literally only 1 way to hook the juicebox up. They are injector and o2 plug specific.

I spoke with another gentleman about it and he agrees that there is a problem with the juicebox. I am going to contact the place I bought it through tomorrow about it. I am trying to decide if I am going to take it all out before I call that way if they want me to ship it back immediately I can.

Call Two Bros Racing Customer service, when they hear the details they will send you a replacement. The only hitch is they want the old one in hand first! The whole process can take a while. Been there done that, and yes it fixed the prob !
If your dealer will replace it, much better.

    Default Update - IT LIVES!!!

After speaking with Lynn at Custom Dynamics, (amazing customer support and company. I will buy from them again in the near future) she asked me to call Two Brothers directly and she would also give them a call to so they were aware of the problem. Long... story... short... multiple phone calls later, charging a new box on my credit card that they are suppose to credit back when they get the old box back, they had me a new juicebox on the way.

I recieved the box yesterday, and installed it last night. After installing and a little prayer, please God let it run with no problems, I started it up. My prayers were answered! With the new box I have no codes and no problems!!! Yeah!!!!

All in all, everything turned out well! I was able to ride it today to work. I am happy to have it back up and running just in time for bike night tonight!

Thanks to everyone on here that lended advice and thoughts as to what the problem was as well as suggestions on how to proceed. It is much appreciated.

A special thanks to Lynn and the rest of the Custom Dynamics team!!! I cannot say enough about the customer service she provided!!!! She went that extra mile that, now days, is hard to find at most places. Thank you for being in constant contact with myself and two brothers. Your help to insure that my issue not get lost in the dark has earned your organization my business for life! I will also promote you as often as I can!

Now you have to get your numbers down...keep number 4 low as if you keep it too high, you're gonna get some backfiring as the mixture will be too rich...I've had my juicebox for probably over 2 years now...really cool mod!
