Riser Switch from ESI to Kewlmetal

I'm thinking about replacing my ESI risers with the Kewlmetal risers - does anyone know if there is enough handlebar 'nub' to install the Kewlmetal onto?

I just measured, and we have 1" of the handlebar nub.
