More info, Does it do it all the time?, Or just when you accelerate hard from a stop with the handlebars turned a little,
If so it's the Nanny cutting in.

Mine done the same thing.. Every time I would take off reguardless if it was easy or hard the rear wheel would pop.. Took to the dealer an they said there are some bolts inside the cushdrive that were loose... The locktite them an retorked the bolts.. All was good up until yesterday an it started again... They said that if it started again not to worry nothing will happen except for the pop.. Just bring it back in an they would order a whole new rear setup for the bike... Guess I will be going back soon.....

Could easily be rear bearings. While they had it apart they should have just replaced them--- simple to do.
Also better check the front sprocket, bolt , splines and belt tension. Mine had a clunking sound and it was actually from the front sprocket -- not the rear-- bad spline wear. They should really check it out.

    Spyder #1 - 2008 GS SM5 Premier Edition #1977. RIP after 80,000 miles.
    Spyder #2 - 2012 RT SM5. Traded in after 24,000 miles.
    Spyder #3 - 2015 F3 SM6. Put 13,000 miles on and sold it.
    Spyder #4 - 2017 F3 SM6. Too good of a deal to pass up!

    Default clunk

Have them check to see if the parking brake is adjusted correctly as well, could be the back pads releasing on the pins and or rotors.
