Four steps:
1. Remove the dull plastic cover from over the rear wheel. Trace the wire from the O2 sensor in the collector pipe to its connector behind (toward the center of the bike) the battery. Disconnect.
2. Remove O2 sensor and insert provided plug into the pipe.
3. Install O2 eliminator and connect to the connector behind the battery that was mentioned above.
4. Reinstall the plastic cover over the rear wheel.

Remove the panel above the rear tire ( 7 torx screws ) now look at your muffler and at the elbow you will see a wire attached to the muffler ( oxygen sensor ) follow that wire up under the rear tire until you find a connection. Undue this connection and plug your o2 modifier into that connecter. The wire you followed from the muffler is not required any more and you should pull it back and take the oxygen sensor out of the muffler and insert the included plug into the hole .
Hope this helps !

If you get a chance, can you post a video of the HMF exhaust? I would like to hear what it sounds like as well. I currently have a Hindle, and am interested in what some of the other systems sound like now.

I found with adding the 02 eliminator you do lose a little mpg nothing drastic, but the trade off is worth it in my opinion.

Good deal. The heat shields on my Hindle are loose again, and it is really starting to bug me. I am not sure how many times I will be able to put new rivets in before that solution will not work anymore. This is really not acceptable for the price of the can. When I get truly fed up I will most likely go this route. The yellow carbon fiber looks pretty darn good as well, and may even fit in better on my Spyder, just need to figure out which tip and color for it.
