Default Where you can and can not drill your key

When I was in Sherbrooke I was able to get a picture of a key that was split apart. This shows where the chip is for your key. This should help those that want to know wheres a safe place to drill your key.

    Don't drill here

    Anywhere else should be safe

    Cool! Thanks Lamont!

Good to know that the chip can be salvaged / seperated from the key should it ever break or be damaged.

I didn't drill mine, just used an awl to pierce the rubber right next to the hard grey surround on one corner.

I have the IPS and the keyring jacket. I'll check a little later. I do know that it will be a little bulky to have in your pocket.

I checked and the keyring jacket still fits.
