He goes by initials "WA". I just received an update and there are no changes in his condition. The trauma surgeon said he is resting comfortably and they are evaluating whether or not they are going to operate to control the bleeder. MY "better half" is flying out in the morning so she can help our daughter with the grandchildren. I'm staying on the home front to take care of everything here in Florida unless the situation warrants that I need to go. Naturally the children, being so young, don't understand what is going on and they are frightened.
AMTJIM thank you for telling me about your accident. It gives me hope that many survive brain injuries. This young man is like the son I never had... and I am worried.
My heartfelt thanks to each of you for your prayers and I will post updates as I get them. Ken krb1945

You have our prayers as well. Saw a just-killed cyclist on the way home tonight, so the need to be careful can't be overstated.

Prayers
My prayers are with you, your wife, your daughter, and of course your son-in-law. I am in complete agreement with bjt, for God's intervention for the supernatural healing. All things are possible in his name.

hopefully everything will work out for the best, Believe me brain injuries are a pain and are hard for doctors to read, they take time and are one strange thing to deal with the first time. People in cars are the worst for things like this. Post up if you need anything, people on here want to help.

I noticed this morning some seem to be blaming the authorities for not stopping this problem where there are laws on the books making it illegal. Please do not blame them because they cannot be everywhere and do not see everything illegal that is happening. I see this problem in many places myself but I also realize I do not see every one that violates the laws. Remember we are many and they are few. That is the reason they ask for our help via the media many times.
The Fort Worth Officer that is investigating this accident deserves many thanks because he is and has been going beyond the call of duty to help our family. The men and women that patrol our streets and cities have my heartfelt appreciation and thanks. They are doing a job that I know I would not want to do.
I will post an update later this morning if I receive new information. Again I and my family thank you for your prayers, support and the hope you are giving us. Ken krb1945

Absolutely, no problem! I know it's unknown how it will unfold exactly, but things already sound good. If you need more details about the path this may go through, PM me. God loves being harrassed with prayer.
