These look great! and I just have to have one! The billet aluminum without the Spyder emblem would work best on my RT.
One question: Does it work on the rear trunk lock, or do you have to use your second key for that?
Looking forward to adding this mod.
Hey Ben!! I have one that I bought in Spyderfest. I need to get a hold of you but been busy last couple of days.
F.Y.I. They work on the rear trunk lock... however, on the RT622 trailer they don't go in all the way!!!

Maybe it's just the paranoia in me, but with more folks becoming aware of the Spyder, it scares the crap out of me to think that someone can simply get on, turn the key, hit the mode button and take off. Since we all love to talk about our Spyders whenever we get the opportunity, it may not occur to you that you may be giving strangers more info about your baby than you realize.
I'm sorry if this sounds like a negative post; I really don't mean it to come off that way. And I would assume that no one has ever had their Spyder stolen, so I believe it's a really cool device. As soon as I am able to secure my faith in the honor of passers by, I will purchase one.

This thread again
After visiting this thread again, and speaking with other Spyderists locally, no one has yet to answer the big question. Why would you want an IPS key thingy? Just the other day, after parking at church, one of the local CMA wags said, "Oh,wait son, all Spyder keys have to stay with me." I started to bet him his next Diet Coke that I would give him 5 minutes to have it started and moved. ( he is unfamiliar withthe beast, just admiring) So anyway, aside from cool looking, why would I want one?

Why Does anyone want anything? Maybe it will serve a purpose for them ( a functional item they need), It catches their eye( enhances the appearance of what they already have), or perhaps they are just trying to keep up with the Jones. It is purely a personal decision.
If you lost your virginity, do you still have the box it came in?

Leave your key in any vehicle, And it gets stolen' And the one who stole it injures someone in an accident,
Guess who else might need a lawyer.
