welcome We bought a HD last year, Not knowing about the RTs Loved the HD family, but i saw an RT one day and the couriosity hit me. after test riding a RT I was hooked, we came back after the test ride an bought the RTS E5 with trailer {blue} an make a long story short. picked up our RT April 23 2010, we just turned over 4000 mi an loveing every mile since. Word of advice, learn to relax and lean into the turns an try not to over stear its very easy to do. Remember{ RELAX } John & Carol

Congrats!! HD rider as well, matter of fact still got the Road King in the garage collecting dust. Everytime we ride, we now hop on the RTS. Much more fun.

Yes they will, but they will be fond distant memories. Congrats and welcome. From a Beach Spyder

I think I will always miss the HD in one way or the other.. but no regrets on getting the Spyder, it is a different animal and I love the difference...... I just need more time behind the handle bars... and as johnnyg stated.. gotta relax more.. and I know that will come with miles.. needs to cool down more here in south central TX...

Default Spyder not in a box any more

Welcome, I rode Harleys for years and Texas Hill Country was our favorite ride Spring and Fall from the DFW area. We had a big group that used to go down there, all bikes and just ride, ride, ride! We moved to East Tennessee in 2003 and I just changed over to the Spyder in '09. I have an RT and I am having a ball. Hope you love it!

Picked up my RT-S Timeless Black on Thursday and already have nearly 300 miles on it (riding in 110 degree heat!). I love it!

Congrats on your Black Spyder...Understand the heat and did my share of riding in the Alabama heat and humidity on my HD... managed to get in about 130 miles yesterday in those kind of temps on the ... loved the ride (in spite of a minor problem - see shop talk), but still hate the heat...
