but it sure felt like it, though the humidity was only around 9 or 10%. If I ever make a wrong turn and end up in Venezuela, I will look you up - for sure!
Albuquerque can get hot, but it usually gets down into the mid-60s at night. Works for me.

It's hot
Ah but it's a DRY heat.
....So it feels like a broiler instead of a sauna like we have in the southeast.
I used to get so tired of people saying it was a dry heat....
It's still HOT

Typical Florida summer for us in east central area. 89-94 depending on cloud cover, humid. Better riding after 6pm, but ok during the day if the traffic lights are not too long.
Doesn't take much sweating to get the helmet head plastered down look lol. So far I have avoided getting caught in the summer thunder storms.

Generally, I go by the thermometer in my yard, but for these temps, I took them while out riding. They are higher than the air temperature registered at the airport, but since I got a new Temperature Sensor a few weeks ago, my Spyder tracks the temperature readings displayed on public displays very closely.
Riding out on the mesas around here, with clear skies, the temps really climb up there. Of course, I could have gone to the top of Sandia peak and the results would have been very different, but where is the fun in that?

Tom - it may hit 75 today, nights are mid 50's, and humidity is right at 30%. Couple that with great roads, scenery, and a noticeable lack of population outside the communist centers (larger cities), and you have the Lord's gift to motorcycles..... come on up for a visit sometime...

My bike showed 114 today after work then settled "down" to 113. Last Friday it showed 120. Yikes!
ITS SO HOT ... HOW HOT WAS IT? The lizards wore boots to run across the highway.

If I had to suffer through weather like that - add Eastern rain, and all the bugs - I'd never ride a bike - - one can tolerate a day or two at 90, providing the humidity stays below 40%, and the nights cool to 55 or so.

Strange summer..... Our temps have not gone above about 95 and have stayed in the lower 90's for the most part. Of course, humidity has been in the 80's giving us heat indexes in the 100's. But usually, we are hotter than you guys up north! And I want to thank each and everyone of you for taking the heat from us for once.
Stay cool. Currently at 9:30 am, 88 degrees, 75% humidity and a heat index of 101. Feels like spring!
