Sport Tour in Ohio sells them for $126 + shipping. Look under Givi luggage, fitment, Can Am, item D770ST. I'm 5'-10" and am very happy with mine. If you are taller, you may find it's not the right shield.

My wife actually mounted mine for me while I was at work, and it has been on the Spyder for a few thousand miles now. No stress cracks on it anywhere so far.
