Thanks for the Resources!
Hi Everybody,
New Spyder enthusiast with my first post...
After taking an RS-S for a test drive through one of the local Can-Am dealers, it seems that the bug has bitten and I'm now left with an itch that just won't go away.
I came across SpyderLovers.com and have been lurking for the last two weeks or so. I wanted to say Thanks to all of you for providing this amazing compilation of information for the new guys like me who are doing the necessary 'homework' prior to a purchase like this. The depth of resources and topics found here are really appreciated!
This also looks to be a friendly group of people who are interested in staying focused on topic, helping each other and providing good information. Those qualities seem to quickly slip away from most discussion groups and they so easily fall to low levels of ego, flame and insult. Keep up the good thing you have going and stick to the high road, it's great to see.
Thanks for your help,
Tim

Which dealer was it. I see you're from Washington.

I took the test drive at Lifestyles Honda in Mt. Vernon. They can be found online at: www.lifestyleshonda.com
Another local dealer is Lynwood Motoplex and they are here: www.motoplex.net
I live in Stanwood... where are you from?
Tim
Edit:
P.S. Do you (or anyone else) have any feedback regarding the service side/department for either of these dealerships? Thanks.

welcome. Go ahead and "pull the trigger". With the 'homework' you've done I don't think you'll be disappointed with this decison. Just my opinion.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I'd like to own a Pearl-White RS-S someday... I'm saving as much as I can.

I don't know about going SPYDERFEST next spring, I may save that for after becoming an owner.
