I have been waiting 2-1/2 years for my RS owners package. I have learned to live without it.

If any one needs help getting one just contact your dealer where you bought it and see if they sent it off and when? They can also call and find out when you should be getting it

I just got mine yesterday. With some other silly things. Some kind of business cards with Spyder info in them. Supposed to had them out to people. Oh and a pin. I don't wear pins. How about 1 free year of roadside assistance. Or even a T shirt or hat.

Just got my owners registration card from the purchase of my RTS. The registration website says the number is invalid, AND I cant register because the e-mail address I gave is already being used by a Spyder owner---DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Thats because I own more than one. I went through this when I tried to register my spouses new Spyder and it took them about 2 months to "fix" it. I'm not going to mess with them at all this third time around. I would think that someone who buys 3 new Spyders in three years should be able to at least register as a member on their website.

I've given up trying to use the code they provided. I think it's intended to be an aggravation. Has anyone's code worked for them?

I tried many times to use the code and it didn't work for me. I am like you, I gavbe up tryin g.

Received mine 2 months after getting my RT, Not a big deal. They sent some advertising cards to give to people that inquire about the RT and a picture of an RT with your name and ID # on it. The id is for you to sign into the SPYDER ryder website sponsored by BRP.

I got mine this past Saturday which was about 70 days after I took delivery. I think the packet and all the contents was pretty darn cool.

You know...BRP didn't have to send out diddley squat. Yes, it took me a couple times to get the code input right. It's some unusual font they're using so an I might be a #1 and an O might be a zero (or vice versa). A little patience and I got registered from an enthusiast to an owner pretty much without much grief.

Not into patches or pins that much, but still pretty cool to get them. Far better than getting nothing!

Got mine after two months. Tried to sign on to their special website, but it would not accept my owner number. Responded to BRP a week ago. No followup on their part.

Same with us, got the packet, tried to upgrade from enthusiast to owner and the site won't let me. I've emailed them 3 times, no response. I suppose I'll call when I get a chance.
