RT-S Oil Dipstick

The o-ring on the dip stick makes it virtually impossible to unscrew the dipstick and re-seat it after checking the oil level. Anybody else have this problem? In order to avoid this problem, I've discarded the o-ring.

Watch out, it will leak from around the dipstick. I cleaned mine real good and added a drop of silicone to keep the o-ring in place.
