This might not be the right place to post this but where else can I. I live in North NJ and thinking of getting a SE5 this spring, have not had the chance to test one yet as every time I check Motorcycle Mall (closest dealer to me) to see when there demo rides will be there they never show up and sure will not get one till I ride one. Now I have been reading all about the trouble that most SE5 owners are having with gear shifting that I am now re-thinking my decision on the Spyder. Please keep me posted on your plans as to any rides and or trips you all plan.
Thanks
Roger

Update March 29th: Well could not wait anymore so I got a yellow SE5 last week, not sure how I like it yet too early to tell. There is one other Spyder in my area and looking for more to do some rides.

Roger,
Certainly will. I have an SE5 which I have to bring in for the bug fix. I will do so in next few weeks and let you know how it works out.

head a little further north and go to Bear Mountain.

It gets a little busy up there on Sundays, so if you can ever go during the week, its well worth it.

In the summer I am up at Perkins drive almost every Sunday, usually on my Burgman 650 http://burgmanusa.com/gallery/My-Cus...069_1.jpg.html.

I love my Burg 650, not planning to get rid of it just yet.

I'm in Bayville, NJ. I've had my spyder for 2 weeks now. I left my Burgman 650 at the dealer on consignment. I did enjoy that ride but my wife wouldn't get on it. She likes the spyder ride (no leaning).

wasn't planning on getting rid of the burg last year when I got the spyder, but I'll admit I haven't rode it since!

Anyone organizing a NJ ride this summer? I'm off to Americade in two weeks but will be here the rest of the summer and would be interested in joining a group ride.
If that doesn't work I can plan one for South Jersey -- I live near AC. There are plenty of good roads nearby.
Any of you guys going to Americade?

I know this weekend (4th July) might be a was out for most of you Family Guy but us single have lots of time to ride. Anyone around for a ride this weekend, also every Saturday at a place called Whiskey Cafe in Lyndhurst NJ there is a car cruise on most Saturdays they are as much as 500 cars from old to new and a lot of bikes as well. I have been bringing my Spyder for the last 3 Saturdays and it is amazing how so many do not know what a Spyder is.
