I bought one of the three remaining Harbor Freight Tag Along trailers years ago. I don't recall exactly what I paid for mine but it was a steal. I should have bought the other two but hindsight is 20/20. The last I checked someone was making them and selling for 3 times what HF sold them. You can still buy the HF trailer and a car top carrier separately for a reasonable price and assemble one yourself.

Harbor Freight still got the DIY trailers. Got most everything except the body, and that is easy. Would save a lot of work to have all new parts.

Not a bad price. $400 for all new parts. Would have saved me some time, but I already had a damaged trailer to work with.

This is the one I was looking at. It is on EBAY, but it is the Nothern Tool trailer. It is a basic roller kit, DIY.
