Which LED & Fog Light..?

Is there a major difference between Lamonster H4 LED Headlight and Slingmods Elite LED HD 360 Headlight Conversion Kit in regards to brightness/clarity.

Same questions for fog lights, Lamonster IPS™ F3 LED Fog Light Kit versus Arc LED Daytime Running Light / Fog Light Replacement Kit. The later has daytime running lights, but is either brighter..?

I can’t give you a comparison but I have the Slingmods & couldn’t be happier. My thoughts are they really can’t be much different.

I have the IPS fog lights and they are great. They put the led headlights to shame which are pretty bright as well. I use them regularly so I can see the glow in deer's or other animals eyes while they are still off of the road in the trees on some of the secondary mountain roads around here.

Unfortunately they are not bright enough to shine through a panel truck in a driveway that deer can hide behind.
