Default Bushtec Turbo II vs RT-622 Maintenance

    Hi,
I have a 1992 Bushtec Trailer that has served me well. Bushtec requires a certain amount of maintenance, especially the lubrication of suspension points and dealing with tires with tubes. I haven't had any wheel-bearing issues, but, from what I see on various forums, that seems to be a recurring problem with Bushtec trailers.
    I am looking at a used Can-Am RT-622.
Can anyone tell me if they have had any routine maintenance issues with theirs? Are there any wheel-bearing issues or other maintenance problems I should be aware of?

    Thanks,
    John
    All the best,
    John

Driving Lights (Very bright to improve my sight)
Floorboard Lights and Turn Signals (I like to be seen)
Passenger Armrests (So my wife doesn't fall off)
Trailer Hitch (So we can bring more stuff with us)
Chrome Wheels (Because the beautiful stock wheels just weren't good enough)
Front Fender Sequential Reflector Lights (I was wondering what to do with my paycheck)

I've been pulling an RT-622 trailer for 10 years and have at least 50,000 miles towing them. All I've ever done is repack the wheel bearings. Many people on here say they repack them yearly. Not me. I think I've done it once. I replace the tires as necessary. On my wife's first 622 trailer, I changed the weatherstripping when she first got it. Spyderpops sells a replacement weatherstripping kit. You can't go wrong with the 622 trailer.
