Default Whoops I did it again! Got an M109 for the times that I still like to ride 2 wheels!

Well, I have been riding 2 wheels less and less. I loved the BMW K1600B, but it wasn't being ridden as much as it deserved lately and I couldn't see having that nice a bike sitting. But there are times that I still like to ride 2 wheels. Well, the stars aligned and a buddy of mine had a clean M109 for sale that had been sitting mostly for almost 5 years. For those that don't know, the M109 is somewhat of a muscle cruiser by suzuki. In fact, the M109 is how I first met Lamont. He was into them as much (not quite) as he is the spyder community now. This is an 08, and makes my 5th one. So I sold the BMW about 3 weeks ago and after the previous owner of the M109 paid off 5 years worth of back taxes, I was able to pick it up this weekend. I will be changing fluids and giving it a full detail over the next few weeks.

Nice. Looks like just rolled off show room floor. Might see you riding around Salisbury one of these days.

Whoops, I see you are in Wake county; was thinking it was Rowan. All the same, enjoy.

That's a good one. Never had that flavor but did have X6 Hustler 250, a 400 and an 850.

As you can see, I have a long history with the M109. My 2006 was the first one that I purchased. My first bike was a 600cc yamaha sport bike, then a Suzuki LC1500. One was too fast, the other too slow. The M109 fit right where I wanted to be.
