Default Got Poor radio reception? My Antenna wasn't connected; you might want to check yours!

Went to install a stubby antenna on my new F3T today and discovered it wasn’t hooked up. The lead wire ring (which should have been on the post) was not hooked up. So anyone who with poor radio reception might want to check theirs.

Mine was the same way. Only way I found out is I twisted the antenna and it moved in a way I didn't like. It took me about 3 tries to line the ring up and get the right angle to screw the antenna in properly. Now it works.

We have found this to be the case with several 'New' Spyders. They just don't hook it up during assembly. And it's a bear to get to once the bike is complete.

    Amazing...
