BRP Spyder floorboards lights defect - not happy!

Installed these accessory floorboard lights earlier this year. Noticed one section of LED’s out as I was putting it into winter storage.
Under warranty, but they want both sides removed and sent back and they will send another pair.
Not very happy with the quality since LED’s should last for years.

Glad warranty & made it till down season. Maybe flexed too much during instillation & vibrations did rest? Harder to find/keep quality anything’s
