How many of you have had Parking Brake motor failures?

I’m at Maggie Valley currently and was helping a couple with a parking brake that would not release……a couple of taps on the Parking Brake Actuator motor housing got it working temporarily.
How many of you out there have had to replace the PBA? I know there is a service bulletin out there…….thinking of buying a spare to have on hand.
If memory serves me right, the commutator in the motor prematurely wears creating a dead spot…….causing no operation.
