Wilbers 640 HPA rear shock for 2015-2023 Spyder F3/F3S models
FS: Wilbers 640 HPA (hydraulic preload adjuster) rear shock for 2015-2023 Spyder F3/F3S models. Also has adjustable rebound. I purchased this shock new from Ted Porter Beemer USA the spring of 2022 for $1150/shipped. He is an authorized USA Wilber dealer. The shock was built to my specs at Wilber.DE and took 10 weeks to receive. It is sprung and valved for a 225# rider and 150# passenger. This shock has about 5500 miles on it and has NEVER been used two up. I was going to have it built that way, but Ted Porter advised against it. It is in mint shape and is a cream of the crop shock. Awesome German quality and componentry. It is a firm and controlled riding shock. Easy access to the preload remote. It has 3.5 years of warranty remaining. I can vow for how good these shocks are, I had both the front and rear shocks from Wilbers on my F3 and it really made a difference in the ride.
I'm still waiting to find out if mine is damaged. I am afraid it is, but my back fender is covering it up at the moment and I can't tell for sure until everything is taken apart for repair from my accident last week.
If nobody else speaks up for it, I may be in touch. I haven't found out yet if the Crawler is going to be totaled or not...
