    Well pretty soon the gov't is going to force everyone to have insurance anyway

    This really doesn't make a lot of sense to me. When we take a patient into ER in an ambulance, the doctors and nurses treating that patient have no idea if they have insurance or not. That is taken care of in the registration office. I don't think a doctor looks at a patient and thinks, "hmm, they can't pay, I won't treat this person as well" That is an insult to our physicians and nurses and technicians.
