A favor request from jeuchler
Hey, all--
My daughter is hoping to go to the Coast Guard Academy in the spring, and is working on an engineering project right now:
They are trying to determine the marketability of a new product that would dispense cat food automatically. (I suggested it could be used for dogs, or even wolves or tigers, etc in wildlife preserves, when they're not--you know--killing their own food.) They are looking for cat owners, people who are in occupations dealing with cats, or those who are familiar with pet products in general.
Her brief (maybe take you one minute) survey can be found here, and she thanks all animal-loving-Spyderlovers in advance for taking the time to answer. There'll be no SPAM nor any other request of you for this project, but she'll post the progress or the project if you're interested. She and her partner present to a team of engineers in June.
Thanks!

Thanks, Brian!
I passed along your GM/Toyota story--I wish I could say it's funny, but it sure represents the truth, even in my business.

Thanks, RedSM5.
If she gets this prototyped, maybe she could sell them and become a spyderlovers.com sponsor...

Finished!
I just wanted to pass along my daughter's appreciation to all who participated in her survey as part of the research for her engineering final project in Engineering Design & Development.
She and her partner presented last week to a panel of engineers (an article and photos are here).
Thanks again for your support!
