Default A different use for a hedge trimmer

My driveway has a portion that has a steep rocky bank, where I have two 2 X 12's . One end is resting on four milk crates ( two high ) I mostly use them to drive my lawn tractor onto so I can clean the under-side of the 54" mower deck with a garden hose .... well the grass grows quite well there and I could only use a String Trimmer to clear it .... well today the grass and plants were so thick the Trimmer wasn't doing a very good job .... Then I thought of trying my Electric Hedge trimmer It worked waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the String Trimmer and waaaaaaaaaaay faster .... good luck .... Mike

You have no idea how strong these Plastic milk crates are .... I once used four of them, one under each tire of my toyota echo ( 3100 lbs.) .... each one had a 3/4" piece of plywood on top of it ( under each tire ). NO I didn't go under the car, but the car was stable ..... Mike

These trimmers do extremely well in steep places.
