I wonder what the bolts on the rear shock look like after doing a few miles like that???

I wouldn't think they'd be real happy for very long, even if the rider didn't notice straight away!! I'd think that eventually, someone would find out tho?!

What’s wrong with that? I need that much space for a few pairs of undies, T-shirt’s, jeans and a spare pair of boots

After looking at that load, I have come to the conclusion that it just might not weigh much more than some humans I have seen in that position. However, the center of gravity and aerodynamic resistance are GREATLY changed.

I wonder if he's got a 'Blind Spot Mirror' anywhere amongst that lot??

And he'd probably get pulled over here in Oz - at the very least he'd get a warning!

Ahhhhh the ‘60’s......a great period of time. People were much more tolerant of each other...more respect....slower pace of living, not to mention the free ❤️.

I wasn't anywhere near this loaded on one of my trips when I had the Goldwing, but one morning a guy came out from the motel and said, "When I saw you pushing the loaded luggage cart I said to myself there's no way he can get all that on the bike. I just had to come out see if and how you actually did it." I had a carrier on the hitch which helped a lot.
