    Default More Dealer/BRP issues

I purchased my 2020 RT new from a dealer in S.C. since then I have found numerus things that they had done wrong when assembling my bike.
Mind you this is a Platinum dealer so you would think that they could do better, I guess that only covers sales though.

My battery died so I ordered a new one (NoCo NLP20) which came by USPS yesterday. I removed everything to get to the battery, removed all of the wires then just tilted the battery forward and pulled it out.

Yep you read that right, "NOTHING" was holding the battery in, it was just sitting there.

I'll be calling them Tuesday morning as they are closed on Mondays.

I highly doubt that they will "give" me the parts that I need but, I will feel better after telling them how I feel about them for the umpteenth time.

My dealer didn't check the lug nuts. I ALMOST lost the right front wheel. One lug nut was gone, one was spinning on the threads, almost gone, and one was at least more than "finger tight". Bottom line -- check EVERYTHiNG on your new Spyder!
