How come no phone ring sound in the Cardo's in the helmet?
Was out riding this morning and got my first phone call with my Cardo Freedom 2X. One problem. I heard nothing in the helmet when it was ringing. I could only hear it ringing in my pocket. At first I thought the Spyder was complaining about something. But touched the phone button on the Cardo and ta da. I was talking.
How come no sound in the headset to let you know the phone is ringing. I did have the intercom connected to my passenger.
TIA

Maybe time for a hard reboot on the headset and start from scratch!

Maybe the volume level for the channel the phone is using is turned down?

We have Sena headsets and when wife and I are communicating with the intercom on our phones will not ring in the headsets, but that can be changed in the settings. We have ours set with the intercom being the primary because my phone is in the trunk and I will not make or take calls while riding. Look through your manual or go online to see if you can make changes.

I have the Cardo Packtalk and always hear the phone ring. I would reach out to Cardo customer service before doing a reset as Mikey (post 5) suggested and tell them of the issue. I found them great when I had a problem.

If your phone is paired to the Spyder, Should you pair your communication to just the Spyder or to the phone, Or both ?
