Looking for suggestions on where you mounted your Ram ball on 2020+ RT
I want to mount a single 1” Ram ball for my gps somewhere central to the steering column. Was wondering what others may have used.

I have mine mounted on the left side of my handlebars ... actually I moved the bars from my F3L and left the Garmin mount in place.

Mounted mine on top of dash, did not like looking down. Running the wire was a chore, but it works great now, no vibration that I was afraid of.

Right smack in the middle of the bars is my preferred option.

TacForm has one that mounts in the middle where the 4 bolts are. You remove one of them and install it there. Works great for me.
They have changed them a little since I got mine but it is very similar to this. I assume this is the newer version.

Exactly what I did. Works great & no vibration.I like it a lot. My only issue - which has nothing to do with the Tackform - is that my phone gets really hot and the display goes black, which is a pita as I use it for navigation. I have an idea for a shield using 1/4" white opaque plexiglass. Buy the Tackform from Motorcycle Dave and support a site vendor.

You can use one of these (can also be used for other purposes like a phone mount, water bottle holder, etc): https://www.lamonstergarage.com/can-...uff-cuff-only/
But I like this solution for a central GPS better if using a Zumo (not sure if it fits anything else):
