We use them. We've tried other providers and they were much worse. Not saying that would be your experience. But it has been ours. I don't know how some of these businesses stay solvent the way they treat customers. I would be embarrassed. But they aren't.
Anyone use them ? Have found them to be extra slow as of late (loading) and constantly pestering you for additional information (phone numbers etc.).
I have been with them forever it seems and no issues... Though, I use Outlook as my client and not the web based version.. So that may be the issue for you. I would try using different browsers to test for better performance... Firefox has always been good as well as Duck Duck Go... Chrome can be hit and miss but most sites are good on it...
