Can-Am drivers comfort seat for 19-23 Ryker (Gently used)

I sported this seat on my 2019 Rally model for several years before scoring a nice leather Corbin seat. The two rear mounting tabs have slight damage from removal (see photo). They are still fully serviceable and will not show once installed. Exterior seating surface is unblemished (see photo). This seat is substantially more comfortable than the midevel torture device that comes stock 600 and 900 models. These cost $350 new and I would like $200 or best offer shipped to the lower 48. First "Ill take it" followed by a PM gets it.

Are they supposed to have a "locking" lip on them like the other two mounting post?
If not what's the damage you're pointing out?
