    As stated above, time, knowledge, buds software. But also thousands of dollars invested in tools, laptop to run BUDS on, the annual BUDS license, oh, and that $4k Spyder lift.

    I helped pay off the tools with the brake flush Saturday!!!!! If anyone is close enough to him, highly recommend using Jetfixer not the dealership - if you don't have a good one.

    Although it would be a nice ride South Carolina is a bit far from Utah.

    What is the average cost my dealer quoted me $650.00 and stated it 4 hours of labor, to me that's a lot of cash for a brake flush. My 2012 can am RT has a brake failure for low pressure and was thinking the brakes need a good flush, I have done the front but getting to the rear brake port is extremely difficult.

    Using Buds, it took me less than an hour to perform the brake fluid flush routine. A realistic dealership I think should charge 2.5 hrs labor.

    I had the following services done to my 2020 F3, by the dealer:
    3 new tires, mounting and balancing
    Brake flush and refill
    Coolant flush and refill
    General check over.
    Arrived at the dealership at noon, rode away at 3:30
    Total for new tires and all services $1167

    Hmm.
    Reading this I suspect that my 2015 has never had its brake fluid replaced.
    I just replaced the original 2014 front tires. I'm the third owner.
    The nearest dealer in Central Oregon is in Bend. They seem to know their stuff. I guess. Haven't had them do much, but did notice they charge a LOT for the little I had them do.
    Perchance, does anyone know of a mechanic in Central Oregon who works on Spyders, has BUDS and doesn't charge an arm, leg, first-born son and two pints of blood to do a job, such as checking tire air pressure? {<-- sarcasm}
